Book Three in the Throne of Glass series is 100% one of my favorites, closely tied with Empire of Storms, a review of which is coming up very soon. Heir of Fire is a guaranteed emotional roller coaster. As usual, you have been warned about spoilers.
She was the heir of ash and fire, and she would bow to no one.
Celaena has survived slavery, deadly contests, heartbreak, betrayal. Now she must travel to confront herself and face her future.
Brutal forces are gathering, intent on making the world theirs. To get rid of them, Celaena must fight her inner demons and find the power within herself to battle the monsters that are coming.
What I liked about this book: Hello, everything. Is too repetitive of me to say that this is one of my favorites in the series because hello! Turning point! I absolutely loved being introduced to the new characters and seeing Celaena change and how people react to her was just everything. There was a lot of heartbreak with some of the character but it is expected with SJM and *screams* I love Heir of Fire.
What I didn’t like about this book: <error 404> Not Found.
A quote: “You cannot pick and choose what parts of her to love.”
My rating: 5/5 stars
